Great tips here.....and for those that have kids, using the Wii (or whatever system you have) and playing the "Just Dance" games are a good way to get you and your kids active....and what a fun way for the whole family to get active. We've bought it yearly since the 1st one came out, and we have gotten our moneys' worth with these discs! (And they are shocked when mom and dad can beat them! :)) But as this post says, no you do not need any fancy, expensive equipment at all. Just be motivated and you'll find ways to get it done. :)
