Agree with all of this. As one who's struggled continuously since my 1st child, I have 3 girls, it has been a constant battle. And yes, I have lost so much money on weight loss plans and whatnot. After my last I decided to just try it on my own....with support from my family of course. And the key is NOT a quick solution, it's one that will become a daily routine and part of your life. And water...yes, it was hard to give up the teas (I'm a southerner, and we love our sweet teas!) But, I gave them up, ate a lot more fresh fruit and veggies, we make it a family outing to the farmers' market on the weekends. And as my girls were already active, it was easy for them to get me to go on walks and do light exercise. You HAVE to know your body, you HAVE to know what your limits are. To date I have lost 80 lbs and have kept it off for the past 3 years. And honestly, my body feels so much better after all is said and done.
