We do NOT have a gym membership, as we don't think it's necessary, BUT we do have equipment at home that is used daily. We have a stationary bike in our room that before I lay down, I watch TV and ride it usually between 1-2 hours when I worked overnights. Now I use it sporadically throughout the day. And blenders are our best friend in this household. As we go weekly to the farmers' market, we stock up on fresh fruits and veggies and we use every bit of it, if not used in cooking or making a meal, then in a smoothie that is all natural. You don't need to shock your system when you decide to start losing weight....slower is better because you can BUILD up to whatever changes you make.

Right now I am crazy un-busy, but soon it will be the opposite, and one of my concerns was remaining healthy in the midst. This is great and all your advice is sure to help me out.
